What is the best kind of laptop to get?

I’m starting to save up money to buy a new computer because my Compaq is slowly dying. I was thinking about getting a Mac, but not sure cause its pretty expensive, so I’m not sure which would be best.
I’m going to be starting school pretty soon, so that is the main purpose. I also do a lot of writing, photo editing (photo shop), I take a LOT of photos and occasionally online games (MMORPG).
So, which one would be best for me, that isnt too expensive?

Mac is not really an idea laptop for your needs. Mac does not supported every single MMORPG therefore you have to switch to Window OS (you may have to invest another couple hundred bucks in Window Software). Plus, if your Mac broke down, Apple will charge an insanely high fees to repair it (if your warranty expired, of course).

However, the following laptop brands may suit your needs and budget perfectly.

So check out these brands and see what they can offer you.
But never invest your money in Acer or Asus!
