Is there a realistic Doll Maker/Dress up Game site?

I am looking for a dress up/doll maker/cartoon doll site where you can create more realistic dolls. I would like to find something similar to IMVU without a virtual word. Just a site with life like dolls and no need to play an mmorpg or virtual world.

If you don’t want the interaction I would look into the Sims.
